Incredibly athletic, Xiulan is physically strong and well-built with definitive muscle tone and a powerful frame from years of physical exercise and supplement use. She has pretty, bright green eyes and dark, long hair, with a pretty complexion and a somewhat crooked smile. She dresses in trendy clothes when out of a uniform, but when "on duty" she prefers PARADIGM/ISF blue and silver uniforms and strong combat armor.

= Personality =
Standing in stark contrast to her martial ability and obvious intelligence, Xiulan is... goofy. She's fun-loving and carefree, but has the ability to "switch off" and get in the zone when she has to. She can be mischievious and is somewhat prone to blunders.

= Background =
Xiulan grew up in a brick, ranch-style home (a compromise between her parents) with a white picket fence, a shiba inu for a pet, and loving parents. Her mother raised her to be athletic and self-reliant while her father guided her into art and science, both aiding in her conventional education and turning her into a star student. Xiulan's latent extra-sensory perception and powerful tekekinetic potential manifested during her adolescence, prompting both of her parents to contribute to learning and harnessing them.

Rather than go right into secondary education, Xiulan opted to join the PARADIGM Corps (thanks to her parents' connections) and qualified for officer training school. Her athleticism, quick-thinking problem solving, powerful metahuman ability, and sheer talent in combat helped her excel, allowing her to graduate magna cum laude with a commissioned Special Agent rank.
