Some what outgoing, Rather bold and brave. But do not let her rash behavior fool you, she does have a softer side.
Background
When the Elysdeon shattered to close the rift between there world and the realm the profound darkness exsists in, Alys Brangwin's soul was released back into the world..where she would wander for some time before being reborn once agian. She would not remember anything from her passed life at all, only in the chronic nightmares she has, which she just views as strange dreams and nightmares and nothing more.Daughter of Chaz Ashley and Rika, named after good friend and mentor Alys Brangwin. Alys Ashley has led a good life up to recently. Short of being picked on constantly for being called a 'Bio-Monster' a 'Demon' and 'That girl with Horns', she and her brother Rui had great childhood growing up on Motavia. As she came of age she would follow in her father, and her past life's foot steps, becoming a member of the hunters guild. Her time there would would be interesting to say the least, going on various missions , everything from finding lost puppies to fighting giant sandworms to trekking around old ruins. Her mannerisms as well as her quick rise in the ranks of the hunters often got her mistaken for Alys Brangwin, what with the similar name and all, it was no surprise.She would also Join the Ranks of P.R.I., helping them with there efforts as well. Soon she would also join up with PARADIGM. Seeing as they are a group similar to her Hunter's Guild.

Special Abilities
Techs (While not true magic this is thought to be much like Psionics)
[NaRes]: Heals a single target greatly. (Requires her Focus)
[GiSar]: Heals all near by allies for a decent amount
[Rever]: Revives an ally from being knocked out.
[Anti]: A cure all tech. Helps boosts the bodies natural defenses to rid it of various status effects like toxins, musclelock ups and mental lockdowns.
[Deban]: increases Defenses
[Saner]: Increases Agility (not speed just reaction times)
[Rimit]: Can cause a mental shutdown of organic enemies, causing them to pass out.
[Seals]: Locks down the target's ability to cast spells or use psionics.
[Gelun]: Enemies caught in this Tech have trouble focusing there attacks
[Doran]: Increases the gravitational Pull on these targets, Lowering their speed and reaction times.
Physical Tech
[Vortex]: A Slasher tech, with a well aimed fling, the weapon will fly and and then encircle the target from head to toe, slashing at them from all sides!, looking like it s caught in a vortex.
Powers & Merits
(Unique, or hereditary, in-born powers, whether due to genetics or magic, things that can't be taught to others or simply gifted to this person from an outside force. Powers based on weapons should go in the Items. Merits can also go here.)
Concentration (1): You are very good at focusing, and suffer no penalty for distractions, stress or having to repeat yourself often.
Ambidextrous (2): You are equally dextrous, or nearly so, with both hands, and use your "off" hand at no penalty. Not useful if your GM isn't the nitpicky sort who doesn't give a shit about off-hand penalties and such...). Using both hands at once is still not so easy. Note, again, this Merit should be for people who use regular abilities. Someone trained in two-sword styles or guns akimbo shouldn't have to worry about this, but having to write with your off hand tends to be a PITA, so this can come in handy.
Reputation (2): (Hunter's Guild, High Rank Member) You've built yourself an excellent reputation amongst your kind. Add +2 to Social rolls when dealing with the people in your sept/clan/chantry/freehold/etc.
Medium (2): You have the ability to see and interact with ghosts. Sometimes, the Restless may seek you out for favors. Depending on the ghosts you meet, this could be a very good or very bad thing.
Well-Traveled (3): You are knowledgeable of the ways of the world from your travels and studies. Once per mission, you can roll against a difficulty 6 (just a die roll, no modifiers). If successful, the GM tells you information about the situation if it makes sense. (I.E., someone from Final Fantasy 4 world may have heard about the Eidolons and the Feymarch or the Red Moon, but probably wouldn't have heard about the Hellsing Organization.)
Unique Items
Lazer Slashers: Metal boomerang like weapons that have a Lazer that runs the edge of the weapon.
Prototype Photon Sword: a physical sword with emitters running up the middle of the blade, allowing the weapon to go from a Physical blade to an energy blade.

Weaknesses & Flaws
Flaws can go here. Balance is key!
Otherworldly Taint [Pointy ears] (2): You have a physical peculiarity (odd hair/eye color, glowing eyes, etc.) and/or just an odd aura about you which may make you stick out. Someone who suspects you're not "normal" may make an Alertness roll, difficulty 7, to determine what you are.
Mistaken Identity (Alys Brangwin, even if she IS effectively her reincarnation she isn't brangwin any more.) (1): People think you're someone you're not; even if that person isn't bad, it can still cause you trouble if they realize you're not who they think you are.
Nightmares (1): You're constantly plagued by nightmares, which at the worst may indicate there's something nasty in your fate, and at the least will make you cranky and irritable most of the time. A particularly bad night may cause you to have a -1 penalty on all rolls.
Permanent Wound (Weakened heart and chest wound from Dark Wave when when she was Alys Brangwin, This causes her constant pain.)(3): For some reason, you have a wound that never heals, which is effectively a permanent lethal health level. If you repair the damage with magic/superscience, the wound re-opens by the next day.
