Background

What's there to say? She's born of a Kaiser and Gatchaman. Spoiled to bits by her two parents yet humbled in more ways than one growing up and watching the trials of her parents. Heroism flows in her veins but she's seem them confide in each other when their resolve waivers.

As for herself, she grew up well loved by her parents. Enjoyed the fruits labor brought in by her Peacekeeper employed parents and the general tranquility of Malaith.

Eventually she'd take up work as an agent for Malaith and Paradigm. Around this time, with some hel, the agency of Malaith crafted her faux Heart Key: The Platinum Heart from Magical essence from both Rokaiser and Gatchaman. A heart key of a new age

• Magical Musketeer: She's very competent with Sabers, Rifles and pistols. As well as using them in tandem. There is some Cqc in there for good measure

• Purification Flow: Summoning the power of the Leyline, Gaia, Lifestream, whatever you wanna call it, she attempts to cleanse corruption, remove spells and banish monsters.

• Magical Sense: A general blanket suite of magical senses. Won't tell her everything but she can sense things being off.

The Raiment is your standard Mahou Shoujo armor. Cloth that seems to act more protective then it looks. It boosts her stats and skills.

Ioun Gemstones

A collection of orbiting clear gemstones that follow Silva around

• • Spatial Awareness: When she’s on the attack, These will let her be aware of everything around her, feeding her visual images to her mind from all angles.

• • Scout Gem; She can sent one out to hover around and act as a scout about a mile out. It is still a fist sized gem so, mileage may vary on how stealthy it is.
  • Prisms: Can be used to bounce her lasers around, turn them in to shotgun sprays or even amp up other’s non physical attacks by having them pass through one of these.
  • Gem Wall: She can cast out a Gem to form physical cover like a wall.

Platinum Dragoon

Magical rifle with a silver crystal saber chassis and a ruby prismatic core.

• • Sonic Shot: (Sound/Stun): High frequency wave shot! Visually it blasts rings of sound at stuff. This is the Stun mode. Though with enough time it could probably shatter dense materials.
  • Prismatic Particle: (Laser/Reflection) Frickin Lasers man. Light particles, Extremely fast traveling and can be used to trick shot off reflective surfaces.
  • Crystalize Cartridge: (Physical/Crystallization) A more ‘conventional’ bullet. Though with a little bit extra mana shoved in them, they can snap encase where they strike in crystal, acting as a bind or even maybe a reinforcement.
  • Phased Partisan: Vibro Blade, Think one part Evangelion, one part Star Wars. It’s a phased blade made to cut through some pretty dense solids, clash with lasers and do an ok job at striking meaty targets

Merits

• Time Sense (1): You have an innate sense of time, and can with a good deal of accuracy tell what time it is without a watch. In performing feats where timing may be essential (such as certain combat or athletic maneuvers), difficulties may be lowered or dropped.
• Concentration (1): You are very good at focusing, and suffer no penalty for distractions, stress or having to repeat yourself often.
• Danger Sense (3): "Oh no! My Spider Senses are tingling!" A successful Alertness roll, difficulty depending on the situation, will give you a timely sense of foreboding before something bad happens…
• Clear Sighted (3):You are not fooled by illusions, and you get an Alertness roll to see through illusions, Difficulty 7, any time you face one.

Weaknesses

• Soft-hearted (1): You can't stand to witness suffering, and if you do, all your rolls are at -2 penalty for the next hour.
• Color Blind (1): You can see only in varying shades of grey, which may make some perception rolls more difficult (note in real life color blindness makes you unable to perceive only a certain portion of the color spectrum, but this rule makes it a little easier to handle and roleplay).
• Bad sight: (1) Wears contacts, Silva also fixes this
