Appearance
Bellheather is a tiny pixie with fair skin and long pointed floppy ears resembling those of a flop-eared rabbit without fur. She has long black hair, and wears the oversized bulb of a bellheather flower on her head, the petals hanging down to partially conceal her eyes. She has wings that resemble those of a dragonfly’s. She likes to wear oversized shirts with sleeves that conceal her hands, and baggy jeans. She never wears shoes. She is missing her left eye, wearing an eyepatch that says "Badass" on it.
In combat, Bellheather wears pixie sized military tactical gear.
Personality
Bellheather is very childish. She adores pranks, and is quick to try to lighten the mood in dire situations. She loves the danger that comes with adventuring, and will sometimes go out of her way to seek out danger even when it’s not necessary to confront it. One can convince her not to play pranks on them by feeding her tasty treats.
Background
Born from a Bellheather flower in the wilds of Alaska, Bellheather quickly found herself drawn to the human cities. She quickly grew to adore all the bright lights and noises and huge buildings, and especially grew to adore human children. She’d play with them and protect them, favoring in particular the children from poor families. She spent a lot of time, then, in poor neighborhoods and tried her best to dissuade the children in them from going down the wrong path. She would stick with them even if they did however, up until the day they got tired of her.

Powers & Merits
Note: For the purposes of Bellheather’s powers, children are considered anyone under 18.
Pixie Dust: Bellheather can sprinkle pixie dust on people. This pixie dust induces a state of weightlessness, enabling those affected to swim through the air as if it were water. Children affected by pixie dust can outright fly.
Invisibility: Bellheather can turn invisible, but only to adult non-magical sapients. Children, animals and magical beings can see her at all times.
Impersonation: Bellheather can perfectly impersonate the voice of anyone she’s heard.
Animal Form: Bellheather can turn into any animal smaller than a wolf.
Will O’ the Wisp: Bellheather can emit a hypnotizing light that causes those who see it to be compelled to follow her. Success of course up to GM discretion.
Lullaby: Bellheather can hum a melody that lulls those who hear it to sleep. This ability can affect allies as well as enemies.
Speech of the Innocent: Bellheather can converse with animals, as well as with babies.
Night Light: Bellheather passively emits a light blue glow whenever she flies, which illuminates dark places in the same manner as a lantern would.
Clear Sighted (3): You are not fooled by illusions, and you get an Alertness roll to see through illusions, Difficulty 7, any time you face one.
Innocent (2): You have an aura of childlike innocence (whether you really are or not). +1 Bonus involving Subterfuge or Manipulation.
Pitiable (1): You have an aura of child-like-ness/innocence about you, and many have the urge to pity and protect you (unless they're of a Nature that doesn't allow them that sort of thing). This can be helpful, but it may also be annoying.
Daredevil (3): You love to take risks, and are damn good at living through them. +2 Bonus when risking your life. This actually stacks with other merits (like Crack Driver), so you can be extremely good at risking your life. ...but if you fail you might die, so..
Green Thumb (1): Not only do plants thrive in your care, they almost seem to burst into bloom from your touch.
Unique Items
Tri-Elemental Assault Rifle: Bellheather’s assault rifle can shoot bursts of water, fire, or wind. She can only have one type of ammo loaded at a time.
The Chrome Hive: This tiny handgun shoots pellets that hatch into hornets upon impact, stinging and harassing their foes.
Sparklegun: This shotgun shoots blinding clusters of sparkly glitter at Bellheather’s opponents.
Greenseed: The “Greenseed” is a special type of grenade that explodes into lashing and restricting roots and vines, packed full of nature magic. All of her grenades have a drawing of Bellheather’s face making the akanbe expression.
Faerie Flamethrower: This flamethrower spews green fire that only burns the undead and does not spread by itself. The fire also giggles.
Items Of Note
Bellheather’s Bellheather: Bellheather’s namesake flower. Larger than the average bellheather, this is the flower that Bellheather was born in and is the flower she sleeps in every night. Their lives are forever linked. If one becomes sick, so does the other. If one dies, the other dies.
Combat Knife: This knife is tiny and essentially useless against anything not Bellheather’s size or smaller. Unless she manages to get to your eyes.
Taser: A regular taser, capable of stunning whoever it’s used against.
Brain Chair: This chair was in Reina's brain. It's not now.
Dog Residu: Has the ability to randomly spawn something according to the GM.
Weaknesses & Flaws
Easily Confused: Like much of faerie kind, Bellheather can be taken off guard by the oddest things. If someone can manage to turn their coat or shirt inside out while under the effect of one of Bellheather’s natural born pixie powers, the effect is immediately broken.
Iron, Eee!: Bellheather is weak to iron, and keeps her distance from it. If she’s touched by iron she develops a rash. If she’s pierced by iron, she becomes very sick.
Herbal Remedy: Those wearing St John’s Wort or Rowan are protected from Bellheather’s natural born pixie magic.
Arithmomania: If sugar or salt is poured in front of her, Bellheather experiences an irresistible need to stop and count every single grain.
Deep Sleeper (1): Waking up is hard; getting you moving is hard enough (-2 on all rolls to wake up), getting you comprehending what's going on after you're up isn't much easier (Your rolls in the next few minutes.. up to 30 minutes.. are at -1.)
Overconfident (1): You think you can do everything even though you probably can't, and you try to prove your belief as often as possible.
Airhead (1): Maybe you have trouble paying attention, maybe you're just clueless, maybe you just look like a flake; no matter what, people don't take you seriously. You generally have a -1 Social rolls penalty when dealing with serious/dire situations.
Disturbing Mannerism (2): You have a habit or character trait which is peculiar, gross, or annoying. You may not even be aware of it-but boy, everyone else is. Penalties of social rolls are increased at the GM's discretion.
Compulsive Speech (aka Big Mouth) (1): For whatever reason, you have difficulty sticking to the rule, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say it at all." 1 point makes you talkative and a bit blunt.
Curiosity (2): Your incredible curiosity often overrides your common sense. Resisting temptation requires a successful Wits roll, difficulty depending on the situation. A very bad flaw to take with certain evil sadistic GMs.
